History:

Darya Khan is a town in Bhakkar District in the PUNJAB Province of PAKISTAN . The town is  the headquarters of Darya Khan Tehsil . The town of  Darya Khan is it self subdivided into two Union councils , one tehsil council .

During British rule the railway statin of Dayra Khan was built as a part of the North -Westren Railway route .

Darya Khan has a boy's secondary school built in 1928 by Englishnen and college at the middle of the town .

It is situated to the left of the great Indus River .

The famous school in this town is SUPERIOR .

Mizar BUDHAYA SULTAN is a  famous reliougs place in this town where many people come everyday for FATHIA .

Old RAMLAL Mandir is also situated in this town . It was establish by Hindu's of SUBCONTINANT .

This town is also well known for a sugar mill that is also part of this town . It is DARYA KHAN SUGAR MILL .
